Yes, she developed kidney failure, sadly a not uncommon syndrome in the breed. We miss her and have adopted another Wheaten Terrier that was returned to the breeder after the original owner determined she couldn't keep him - a 14 month old lout we're calling Ripley. He's a big puppy with a talent for eviscerating stuffed toys, but he's learning the rules and we're adjusting to his needs, and life goes on. More on all that later...
